Molly was born and raised in Pennsylvania. Molly began her professional stage career at the age of 13 in the Philadelphia's Prince Music Theater. In the Arden Theater production of Into the Woods, she won an award called the Barrymore Award for playing Little Red Ridinghood. Following her Broadway debut at just 15, she reprised her part and was awarded a Drama League Award. Molly was also in the cast of the Broadway revival of Fiddler on the Roof, in the year 2004. After graduating from Princeton University, where she received a B.A. with a major in religion. She also became a Triangle Club member, Molly went on to attend Princeton University. In Religion. In this period she made her acting debut as Wendy Greenhut in Disney's College Road Trip. After graduation Molly performed in several Off-Broadway productions, including End Days at Ensemble Studio Theater and in some television work including Royal Pains and an HBO Pilot The Wonderful Maladys. Molly has starred in several regional productions including the The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee in 2008 at Barrington Stage Company and North Shore Music Theatre in the year 2008 as well as Westport Country Playhouse s 2010 production of The Diary of Anne Frank where she portrayed Anne. Molly is best known for her role in the 2010 movie Paranormal Activity 2 in which she portrays a teenaged daughter Ali and also in the ABC comedy written by Jack Burditt and starring Tim Allen entitled Last Man Standing
