Alexa Ray Joel

Alexa Ray is an American actress, songwriter, and musician. The daughter is singer-songwriter Billy Joel and model Christie Brinkley. Joel is an New York native who has adopted her parents' love of music and fashion. When she was 19 years old she created a musical band and staged her first live show at Maxwell's in Hoboken New Jersey. She became an overnight sensation after just a few short years. Joel's debut extended-play Sketches came out in 2006. It was released through the Audio Bee record label the EP was instrumental in helping her find her footing in the industry. Since then, she has released numerous singles, and has performed in numerous live events. Joel has been involved in the fashion world when she started her career. Joel has appeared at many fashion shows and fashion show. In 2018, she was a featured artist on the front cover of BELLA magazine's Beauty issue. The magazine reported that she was taken to a hospital in December 2009 after inhaling the excessive amount of Traumeel. Following a complete recovery she told the media that she didn't intend to commit suicide.
