Scarlett Johansson, American actress (born on November 22, 1985, in New York City New York) is awaited for her recognition due to her ability to act across different various genres from historical dramas, thrillers and action adventures. Johansson was the child of a film producer as well as an architect. Her family was based in New York City. Her twin brother Hunter and she were the youngest siblings. At a very young age she began to develop a passion for acting. She began making commercial auditions around the age seven. To improve her abilities, she studied at classes at the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute in Manhattan followed by she attended the Professional Children's School. Her debut came as a film actress in North (1994) aged nine. She was just eight when she was a part of Ethan Hawke on Off-Broadway in Sophistry. Johansson made her debut in Just Cause (1996), but she was Manny & Lo 1996 that gave her her breakthrough. The film tells the story of two girls orphaned by their parents who are running away. The Horse Whisperer (2000), in which she played a teenager with a deformity due to an accident garnered the film critical acclaim. Then in Ghost World 2001 (as the young, sarcastic teenager Rebecca), Johansson gained the attention of a whole new generation. Her fame was due to her role on Nell Jones, the CBS popular program NCIS Los Angeles. She was awarded the award for her performance as a part of the main cast. Apart from her work in the TV series, she was also an actor on stage for several years. She has given some of the most impressive performance, such as in Wildflower. Renee Felice Smith's path into entertainment began at a very young age. She was a performer since she was a child. Smith was offered her first role in the age of six with parents' support. On a TV commercial, she starred as Dannon Yogurt. Like many other actresses starting out, she chose to refine her craft in the world of theater. She also worked in other projects throughout the USA as well, and Wildflower was her debut on stage show. She graduated from her Stonestreet Studios Conservatory of the New York University Tisch School of the Arts.
