Laura Linney
Laura Linney was born in New York, New York on 5 February 1964. She is an American actor best known for her capacity to play tough characters, but also fragile. Linney was born into a theatre family her father was a playwright Romulus Linney. In 1986, she received her degree from Brown University. She then pursued a degree in Theatre at Arts Theatre School Moscow before finishing her studies at Juilliard School with a M.F.A. New York City. Her first appearance was on Broadway receiving awards for her performances in roles like Six Degrees of Separation or Hedda Galer.
